Martinsville First Savings Bank (“Martinsville First”) of Martinsville, Virginia, finalized its affiliation with First Mutual Holding Co. (FMHC), a member-owned holding company headquartered in Ohio, with the successful completion of the operational conversion on October 18, 2021.
